1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Students who purchase our online courses directly through our platform can receive refunds. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.


Refunds are not available for courses purchased through third-party platforms or retailers. If that's your case, please refer to their respective refund policies.


2. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted via a Request Form within 14 days of the course purchase date.


3. Grounds for Refunds:

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:


Course Content: If the course content does not meet your expectations or is materially different from what was advertised.


Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content despite reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.


Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the course and the results it generates.


4. Refund Process:

Upon receiving a refund request, our customer support team will review the request and determine eligibility based on the abovementioned grounds.


If the request is approved, refunds will be processed within three business days using the original payment method used for the purchase.


Note:

Refunds will incur a 10% fee (resulting in a 90% partial refund) to cover backend costs.


5. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably.


If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute in the Taiwan District Court. 


7. Modification of Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically to ensure compliance with the latest terms and conditions.
